Here at Gaming Computers UK we do not dispatch faulty items, all our items are tested before shipping if you are buying a used or seller refurbished item then the item may have the odd scratch or mark on the item. If you are buying an item that has a screen then we will ensure that the viewing areas of the screen is scratch free unless stated in the listing clearly showing the relevant grading applied to the listing. There may be marks / scuffs on the body but it will not effect the performance of the screen. The items colour may differ from the pictures in the listing as we have many  in stock. 

 We normally dispatch the item the same day if payment is cleared before 1200 hrs, otherwise it will be dispatched the following working day after payment has been cleared. Items bought on Sat, Sun or bank holidays are processed the next business day. The free postage is for UK Mainland only. For deliveries outside of UK Mainland, please refer to the postage rate table or contact us for more information. We cannot be held liable for any customs duties for international deliveries.
Our preferred payment option is PayPal as being 's number one choice. 
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if something is just not quite right please don't worry, get in touch as soon as possible and allow us to rectify your problem. The cooling off period to cancel this purchase is within 7 days from receiving the product. You will have to return the product to us and you will be liable to pay for the return postage cost. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and a recorded delivery service must be used. Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned and are in the same condition as they were dispatched. You will receive full refund on the amount you paid on your initial purchase (excluding any premium postal charges) unless the item is not in its original state. In such a case we may make a reasonable deduction to cover the loss of value of the product.
We provide 30 days return to base warranty which includes repair of the device, labour, parts and replacement where necessary. It does not cover postage costs for repairs. Return to base warranty means that you (the buyer) will be liable for getting the item back to us for inspection/troubleshooting. What the warranty doesn't cover is any software problems including damage caused by Malware/Viruses or failure of the operating system. It also doesn't cover any damage which you have caused to the device for example electricity failure causing the device or power supply to fail. In the unlikely event where you have to send the device back to us under warranty, we will do our best to help you but any software related problems will be charged to you.
