Stock items no longer required may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund at customers own expense (please contact us before returning). All items must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging with all accessories. We reserve the right to charge a fee if goods are not returned in the original condition received or if any accessories are not returned. After 14 days of receipt no goods may be returned unless faulty. Bespoke items made to order CANNOT be returned unless they are faulty.

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal, however, we do accept Credit or Debit cards. Please note Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of £1.50.
All orders are despatched free of charge to mainland UK (this includes England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands). Please contact us for a postage quotation for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles. We endeavour to despatch stock items within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Please note the factory closes for 2 weeks over the Christmas period.
We have been manufacturing signage for almost 60 years however our shop is a relatively new venture, therefore your feedback is very important to us.
